An individual’s journey of personal discovery is uniquely different. For me, my most profound moments have been in the lone quietude of meditation. Here, in the stillness between thoughts, I connect to the most divine source energy. Here, I have been able to experience a sense of peace and love that is unexplainable in common words.
"Fill your life with women who empower you, that help you believe in your magic and aid them to believe in their own exceptional power and their incredible magic too.Women that believe in each other can survive anything. Women who believe in each other create armies that will win kingdoms and wars."

One of my most treasured practices is the use of mantras. Mantras are powerful words or sacred utterances. For thousands of years, mystics, meditators and yogis have used mantras for mental and spiritual transformation. They have the ability to raise our vibration when we speak them or hold them in thought. One such mantra that has been an anchor for me is sarvatva (pronounced sahr-vat-va). Sarva is the root of the Sanskrit word for wholeness, the All, or totality. This mantra declares that the wholeness of the universe dwells within our individual consciousness. This gives reality to our feeling of completeness in our being. I am wholeness. In Oprah’s 21-Day Meditation series, Expanding Your Happiness, she says that the awareness of wholeness is the key to feeling complete. When we feel whole, there is no lack. We are everything and have everything. We then experience our truest and highest self.

Have you been feeling like you are missing parts of yourself? Do you feel stuck in your life and don’t know what next? Do you want to experience a life of fulfillment, purpose and joy? If so, then sarvatva is a personal invitation, a return to and remembering of your truest whole self.
